Mehdi Majidi

A cross-cultural management expert engaging with the private sector to make our planet a better place

Mehdi Majidi is a university faculty and an international consultant with more than twenty-five years' experience in private and public management and international business. 

His key expertise and knowledge lie in the areas of international business strategy, cross-cultural management, and engaging the private sector in socioeconomic development. Mehdi Majidi is especially practiced in strategic planning and the implementation of international mergers, acquisitions, and alliances (IMAAs). 

In this area, he focuses on cultural differences as a decisive factor in addition to financial and economic considerations. He holds an Executive MBA and a Ph.D. in international business and cross-cultural management from the George Washington University. 

In France, he has won the French Entrepreneurs National Award. He has worked in different countries and speaks several languages.

He currently teaches in China for Fort Hays State University of Kansas in Xinzheng. He has previously worked as an international consultant and taught full-time as visiting professor at the American University of Paris (AUP), International Business Department (IBA); Baruch College (Zicklin School of Business), Paris France; George Washington University (GWU), International Business Department (IB), Washington D.C.; and the Institut Supérieur Européen de Gestion (ISEG), Paris, France, for the International School of Management (ISM) where he is also a member of ISM’s Academic Assessment Team and serves on the Learning Outcome Assessment Committee of the MBA Program.
